We exist to connect education with experience and travel with purpose—creating opportunities for young people to learn from the tourism industry while designing meaningful experiences for travelers to discover Africa in deeper, more responsible and engaging ways.

We empower tourism and hospitality students, graduates, young professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs through practical experiences, mentorship, skills development, networking, innovation, and industry exposure.
At the same time, we design and facilitate educational, interactive, immersive, and responsible tours and safaris that enable travelers to go beyond sightseeing—to understand destinations, engage with communities, appreciate culture and heritage, discover conservation efforts, and contribute positively to the places they visit.

Our Story
Afri Tour EduVenture (ATEV) was born from a personal journey, a passion for tourism, and a vision for a better future for Africa's tourism industry.
Our Founder, a passionate tourism professional and youth advocate, experienced first-hand the gap between tourism education and real-world industry practice. Through academic and professional experiences within Uganda's tourism sector, it became increasingly clear that many tourism and hospitality students graduate with theoretical knowledge but limited opportunities to gain practical experience, develop industry-ready skills, build professional networks, or turn their ideas into meaningful opportunities.
ATEV was created to bridge this gap.
What began as a vision to connect young people with practical tourism experiences has grown into a platform designed to bring education, industry, travel, innovation, and positive impact together.
Through structured internships, experiential field trips, mentorship, skills development, networking, innovation initiatives, and educational tours and safaris, ATEV creates opportunities for young people to learn by doing, connect with the industry, and develop the confidence to shape their own future within tourism.
At the same time, our journey has expanded beyond education and career development. We believe that travel itself can be a powerful form of education. Our experiential tours and safaris are designed to help travelers engage more deeply with destinations, communities, cultures, wildlife, conservation, and the people who make tourism possible.
Today, ATEV is growing into a platform that connects learners, professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, communities, and travelers around a shared belief: Tourism should not only be experienced—it should be understood, shared, and used as a force for positive change.
